Boy what a week at the NBHA Dixie Nationals. Tons of great horses and super talented cowboys and cowgirls. I truely love my job telling the story for the horses and their champion pilots, but it is always even more special when I get the opportunity to announce my own family on their runs and Wil & Amy were awesome. So many close friends and their horses were there and it is always an honor to call their names as well.

The stories of inspiration in the barrel racing community are simply tremendous from SR Red Ryder (One Eye) or really should me nicknamed "Won Eye", to the recovery story of a blinding accident with BFA world champion Terri Alexander. Both Homer (SRs owner) and Terri would tell you the they are able to go and win now because of thoughts and prayers from the barrel racing community world wide.
