This is my first attempt at writing a Blog.  So....  Here goes.

 The 2007 breeding season is off and running!  I am blessed with 2 great stallions on the property, and some great help.  It's busy and hectic, but, I cannot imagine what else I would want to be doing.  I guess now I'm a little disappointed having sold all of our mares that would have foaled early as I want a baby and do not have any mares due for another couple weeks. 

  We had an NBHA district show this past weekend.  I was not super happy with how I performed on my 2 horses, but was tickled with how well my husband and his new gelding, Pee Wee, performed.  It's also a thrill to see our oldest son do so well on his pony, Smokey.  He ran the fastest time in the pee-wee barrel class and was not far out of possibly drawing a check in the open 4D based on his time.  It's so exciting. 

  Having lived without a cell phone for over a week, I just wonder how we ever functioned without them just a few short years ago?!  It's hard to only be able to use the home/office phone.  Ugh.  But I am back up and running.
