What can I say? Goats isn't my best by far but that is the fastest time I have ever ran. The horse I ran it on had only done it once before and that was the day before the rodeo. I was happy. I got 6th!

I would have had 6th but I hit a pole. I can't complain though. I ran a horse I haven't rode in a year. I borrowed her. Plus, the last time I rode her she bucked me off!! LOL. I'll put goats, and barrels up here when I get back from town.

This is the ATRA schedule. I will probably be doin some jackpots and other rodeos on the side. But this is it for now. I will probably post the times too.

Well I went to Poteau Sunday to run Stoney. We ran a 17.748 and got 2nd in the 3D. Not to bad for my first actual run on her. I wasn't expectin to place at all!! I came home with $114. I had a bad third barrel but if it would have been good I wouldn't have placed. I was only 1.2 seconds off the fastest time and that time was ran by a $30,000 dollar horse. So I'm thinkin I did pretty good, especially since Stoney is NOT in shape at all. I'm just happy we did good, because Christy ran a 16.8 or a 16.9 and fell in the whole and then her brother DJ ran a 17.3 or a 17.4 and also fell in the hole!!!

Plus, to top off the day, I saw the lady that I got my old horse from. He died February 11th, 2006. But he taught me so much and was an awesome 21 second pole horse!! I love you Scratches!!!

Ready for the next barrel race. I didn't realize how much I missed rodeo until I ran yesterday.. It's gettin closer to time!!!

1.We have decided to turn Paint Mare out for a year or so and maybe breed her and just let her try to forget what has happened.

2.I'm tryin Stoney, buckskin. The lady says that she runs 1D on her and that her husband runs 3D on her. We will see. I have got her first barrel down and we have been workin on the second and we are doing good now and then we are workin on the third. I love her though.

3.ATRA starts Feb. 10th!! I can't wait. I'm gonna be doin barrels, poles, and goat tyin and probably breakaway.. I'm gonna do team ropin later in the season.

4.It's snowing and I hate it!!! Ahhh.. Well sleeting.
