    Piggin string tiedown,& Bits

Sunday, July 20, 2008, 01:21 PM CST [General]

Piggin string tiedown. This tiedown is just a little smaller in size than most. That way it doesnt bounce on a horses head like most production ones do.Also made from a med lay piggin string a horse will run with it but wont run through it.They wont push through it. They are made with a piggin string a brass ring for the tiedown strap and small nylon rope for the headstall. The rope size of the headstall will work on the nerves that run over the horses poll that will help with head set.

Also make a chain mouth ring bit,Made from iron not chrome or stainless type chain.Iron or sweet iron will keep a horses mouth wet and a wet mouth is a softer mouth. The other wont tarnish but it will dry out a horses mouth. And a dry mouth is a harder mouth.

I also have  several different types of ring and chain mouth bits you wont find in a store any where. Two handmade hackamores. These are my own design and have used them for years with good sucess.

Call and let us help you with your horse.Come by and work your horse and that way you cand try different set ups and see what will work best. That way we can work with you and your horse. Our goal is to get you into or back to the pay window.

The tiedown is $18.plus shipping the bits different in price due to change everytime you turn around in metal prices, plus shipping.

    Thanks Ronny
