It must be the time of the year, but there sure a lot of pretty mares here.  I'm really excited with the mares here to visit with me.  Mom told me I am doing a great job.  I enjoy my work and look forward to every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. 

 I overheard everyone talking about me on Friday, about how sound I looked - I was really showing off.  I like the relaxing life and decided I should jerk a shoe off.  Yes, mom found me gimping on Saturday.  Lol...  I just love that.  See... I got kicked in the stiffle last year and was really sore.  Mom had me injected, and that felt pretty darn good.  The last time I heard them talking about riding me, I put a leg over the fence.  Call me accident prone, maybe, or just smart.  Don't let all my blond hair fool you.  I'm quick on my feet. 

  Well I guess it's time for me to take my morning nap.  I'm going to lay down for a little bit.

It was a cool Sunday here in South Carolina.  It started off raining, then stopped.  The wind kept on.  We are not used to that here.  I had to stay inside all day.  I'm not a cold weather horse.  I tried playing with Stephanie when she was cleaning my stall, but she asked me to back up.  When she went out the door, she left her pick within reach, and I had it by the handle.  LOL... 

I'm proud to announce that 2 of my babies this year are pretty colors.  One palomino and one buckskin.  There are several more to come.  I know Andre' is excited to see them.  She bred her favorite mare to me, LA.  I'm a lucky guy.
