As many of you know, today was the 4th year anniversary of the Columbine High School shooting. I just wanted to take minute and pray for the families and friends of those who were killed.

On a happier note, today's finally Friday! This week seemed to go so slow.. and I don't know why.. lol. I rode Chief today, and he was pretty good. Warming up, [just walking, trotting, cantering, and doing my circles], he's so excited/prancy. And it annoys the heck out of me.. bleh. But other than that, as in practicing the barrels, he was awesome. When I loped him around the barrels, he went so awesome, I seriously wanted to go find a barrel race and take him somewhere to compete.. lol. I think I'm going to go get some Horse And Pony or Horse 'N' Tack magazines and find some barrel races soon.. since the one I go to every month cancelled for this month.. bleh. So I haven't taken Chief anywhere in probably a month >.<. Hopefully I can take him somewhere this weekend.

So on Friday I rode Chief. He did awesome. I didn't really work him that hard since he's been doing really awesome lately. But my sister took some videos for me when I trotted and loped the pattern. Please don't say anything about running on grass please. The grass is short and we were only slow loping the pattern. And also, I know my tiedown looks a little short, but when he is relaxed, I can pull it all the way up to his throatlatch. Thanks and here they are :].
